    Job Description
    The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea is now accepting applications for the position of the Sales Coordinator. This is available for 2-3 days per week.
    Job Duties & Responsibilities
    • Assist the Director of Sales by handling of details for incoming groups by corresponding with contact from time of contract to departure. Detailing includes creating group contracts, confirming information, inputting rooming list into PMS and processing billing to SOP.
    • Anticipating customer needs and assisting with answering questions and providing solutions
    • Conducting hotel tours and site inspections as required.
    • Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients
    • Receive and Qualify incoming inquiries for hotel’s meeting space.
    • Improve personal skill set by complete required training, as required for this position.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
    Knowledge & Skills
    • Detail Orientated
    • Good computer skills
    • Proficiency in English
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Hilton Experience a plus (ONQ)
